Innovative Food Technologies (IFT) is an open access Single-blind peer reviewed publication which is published by Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) concerned with new concepts and innovative technologies in food and engineering related aspects, particularly those with industrial applications. IFT is a Quarterly publication, which publishes original research papers and review papers to journal scope. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through the Hamanand Joo software to ensure their authenticity to be assured about its originality and then rigorously peer-reviewed by the expert reviewers.

There is no charge to submit, process, publish and access the research articles. The cost involved in the publication of articles in IFT is provided by the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST).
