Aims

The journal of “Innovative Food Technologies (IFT)" aims to publish the findings of original research in the fields related to the food engineering, help in problem solving and scientific analysis of the problems of the food industry and provide practical solutions, improve the level of food engineering knowledge, and introduce new technologies.
