The experiments include three stages cross-current extraction using acetone and ethanol solvents, and three stages counter-current extraction using ethanol solvent. Process conditions include rosemary plant weight, 2.5 kg, solvent to plant ratio, 12 lit/kg, and process time, 90 min. The results show that total extract yields are 37.27%, 95.45%, and 93.18%, total phenolic contents (based on dry plant weight) (TPC-DP) are 2662.75, 8627.44, 8378.32 mg (GAE)/100g (DP), total phenolic contents (based on dry extract weight) (TPC-DE) are 16344.4, 17861.69, 21147.07 mg (GAE) /100g (DE), DPPH free radical scavenging of the extracts are 70.72%, 77.09%, 84.1%, for three stages crosscurrent extraction using acetone solvent, three stages cross-current extraction using ethanol solvent, three stages counter-current extraction using ethanol solvent, respectively. The antioxidant activities of the products have been compared with those of two standard antioxidants of BHA and BHT, and the desired results have been achieved. Considering that the amount of consumed solvent is 90 lit and 30 lit for cross and counter-current processes, respectively, the results indicates a significant saving in solvent, energy, and time consumption in counter-current extraction process.}, keywords = {Multistage Extraction,Cross-Current,Counter-Current,Rosemary Plant,Total phenolic contents,Antioxidant activity}, title_fa = {فرایند چند مرحله ای با جریان متقابل و متقاطع برای استخراج ترکیبات فنلی و آنتی اکسیدانی از گیاه رزماری در مقیاس نیمه صنعتی}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله فرایندهای استخراج چند مرحله ای با جریان متقاطع و متقابل به منظور استخراج ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی از گیاه رزماری در مقیاس نیمه صنعتی برای اولین بار انجام شده است. آزمایش های انجام گرفته شامل استخراج سه مرحله ای با جریان متقاطع با استفاده از حلال استن، استخراج سه مرحله ای با جریان متقاطع با استفاده از حلال اتانول، استخراج یک، دو و سه مرحله ای با جریان متقابل با استفاده از حلال اتانول می باشند. شرایط فرایندی شامل وزن گیاه kg 5/2، نسبت حلال به گیاه، lit/kg 12، و زمان فرایند 90 دقیقه می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که میزان بازده عصاره جامد استخراج شده 27/37 ، 45/95 و 18/93 درصد، میزان ترکیبات فنلی کل استخراج شده (بر پایه وزن گیاه) (TPC-DP) mg (GAE)/ 100g (DP) 75/2662، 44/8627 و 32/8378، میزان ترکیبات فنلی کل استخراج شده (بر پایه وزن عصاره خشک) (TPC-DE) mg (GAE)/ 100 g (DE) 4/16344، 69/17861، 07/21147 و درصد مهار رادیکال آزاد DPPH (به عنوان شاخص فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی) 72/70، 09/77 و 1/84 درصد، به ترتیب برای فرایندهای استخراج سه مرحله ای با جریان متقاطع با حلال استن، استخراج سه مرحله ای با جریان متقاطع با حلال اتانول، استخراج سه مرحله ای با جریان متقابل با حلال اتانول می باشد. فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره های محصول همچنین با فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی دو آنتی اکسیدان استاندارد BHA و BHT مقایسه شده و نتایج مطلوبی بدست آمده است. با توجه به اینکه میزان حلال مصرفی در روش های با جریان متقاطع 90 لیتر و در روش با جریان متقابل 30 لیتر می‌باشد، نتایج بیانگر میزان صرفه جویی قابل ملاحظه ای در مصرف حلال، انرژی و زمان در فرایند جریان متقابل است.}, keywords_fa = {استخراج چند مرحله ای,متقاطع,متقابل,گیاه رزماری,ترکیبات فنلی,فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی}, url = {https://jift.irost.ir/article_620.html}, eprint = {https://jift.irost.ir/article_620_c30a66583f42396f3199cfc6ae54eef8.pdf} }
