In this study, one of the newest developed technologies for the extraction of active components of plant, gas - solvent process by using of hydro fluorocarbons, was introduced. A set up for this extraction method was designed and manufactured in Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) for the first time in Iran and it was applied for the extraction of essential oil from the bark of cinnamon and cumin seeds. For this purpose, HFC-R134a‌ was chosen as the solvent and operation conditions were changed in the term of pressure, particle size and time of extraction according to Taguchi experimental design method. Cinnam aldehyde for cinnamon and cumin aldehyde, g-Terpinen-7-al and α-Terpinen-7-al for cumin were considered as indicator and their obtained amount from this extraction method was compared with the traditional hydro distillation method. Optimum extraction condition for both of cinnamon bark and cumin seeds were obtained as: 10 bar, mean particle size of 0.3 mm and time of 120min. In comparison with the hydro distillation, amount of extracted active components at optimum condition showed a 13% and 12% increase for cinnamon and cumin, respectively which indicates an improvement in the quality of extracted essential oil from gas – solvent method by R134a relative to the hydro distillation.}, keywords = {Gas-solvent process,Essential oil extraction,Hydrofluorocarbon,R134a,Cinnamon,Cumin}, title_fa = {بررسی کارایی فرآیند گاز- حلال برای استخراج اسانس پوست دارچین و بذر زیره سبز}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به منابع غنی و تنوع گیاهان دارویی در کشور ما ایران، توسعه فناوری‌های مرتبط از اولویت ویژه‌ای می‌تواند برخوردار باشد. در این پژوهش از فرایند گاز- حلال به کمک حلال هیدروفلوروکربنه که یکی از جدیدترین فناوری‌های توسعه داده شده جهت استخراج مواد مؤثره گیاهی است و دستگاه مربوط به آن برای اولین بار در ایران در سازمان پژوهش‌های علمی و صنعتی ایران طراحی و ساخته شده است، برای استخراج اسانس از پوست درخت دارچین و بذر گیاه زیره سبز استفاده شد. برای این منظور استخراج اسانس از پوست درخت دارچین و بذر گیاه زیره سبز با استفاده از حلال هیدروفلوروکربنه a134R در شرایط فشار، با اندازه ذرات و زمان‌های مختلف انجام گرفت و نتایج حاصله، بر اساس استخراج اجزاء مؤثر اصلی تشکیل دهنده اسانس دارچین و همچنین اسانس بذر زیره سبز، با اسانس استخراج شده به روش متداول تقطیر با آب در دستگاه کلیونجر مقایسه شد. نتایج حاصل از استخراج با حلال a134R نشان داد که شرایط بهینه برای استخراج اسانس از پوست درخت دارچین و همچنین بذر زیره سبز عبارتند از: فشار برابر bar 10، اندازه ذرات برابرmm 3/0 و زمان استخراج برابر min120. مقایسه این نتایج با استخراج به روش متداول تقطیر با آب نشانگر افزایش 13درصدی میزان ماده مؤثره سینام آلدئید در اسانس پوست درخت دارچین و همچنین افزایش 12درصدی در میزان مواد مؤثره کومین آلدئید، گاما-ترپینن 7- آل و آلفا- ترپینن 7- آل در اسانس بذر زیره سبز بود که حاکی از کیفیت بهتر اسانس استخراج شده به روش گاز – حلال با استفاده از حلال a134R می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {فرآیند گاز-حلال,استخراج اسانس,هیدروفلوروکربن,R134a,دارچین,زیره سبز}, url = {https://jift.irost.ir/article_292.html}, eprint = {https://jift.irost.ir/article_292_86c2b6becd3f47549dd8e331bbcf8325.pdf} }
